We at Outdoor Fitness have a "keep it
simple" approach to training that takes you beyond the
"traditional" gym setting. No fancy equipment is needed. We use your
body weight, a few "old school" tools and the natural environment as
your gym.
OF classes leave no carbon footprint and we always consider and protect the environment.
Our classes incorporate strength and
cardiovascular training,seasoned with core and balance techniques to create an
effective and progressive program. As you bask in the beauty of the outdoors you
and your team will be made to do body weight exercises (push-ups, pull-ups,
squats, cardiovascular intervals and
ballistic drills that will keep you both pleading for mercy and begging for
more.
