Class Costs

Pay and Train £5 per class (Payable on the day)

Under 18's and Over 60's, rate, £4 per class.

OR

Full membership £30 per month,

£25 per month for under 18's and over 60's, (Proof of age needs to be provided)

Couples rate, £50 a month (Must live at the same address)

Family rate, £50 per couple and £10 per child thereafter

No joining fee, No Admin fee, No Contract!!

Cardiff, Pontcanna playing fields. (Lead Park)

Meet

Pontcanna outside Changing rooms car Park at the end of Fields Park Road.

When

Mon to Thu, 18:15hrs – 19:15hrs.

Tue and Thu, 06:15hrs - 07:00hrs

Sat, - 10:00hrs - 11:15hrs (75 minute session) .

(All welcome from beginners to the Elite)

Pontcanna

Sun, Meet at 18:00hrs, course brief and depart at 18:15hrs - Finish time depends on distance and route for the session. The Sunday Session consists of longer distances and concentrates on Endurance training.

Wed, 19:30hrs - 20:30hrs - Session consists of a shorter distances and speed work.

Pontypridd

Wed, 18:15hrs - 19:15hrs - Session consists of a shorter distances and speed work.

Roath Park

Fri, 18:15hrs - Approx 30 - 60 minute session. The Friday session consists of Speed Repeats, Hill Repeats etc.

The cost of Running Club is: Free to Outdoor Fitness Full Members. £1 to Outdoor Fitness running club Affiliated members and £2 to Pay and Train.

Affiliation to the Welsh Athletics through Outdoor Fitness Running club is only £30 for a years membership, April to April. - (Free Running Vest Included)

Pontypridd, Ynysangharad Park.

Meet

Meet at the Day Care Centre.

When

Tue and Thu, 18:15hrs – 19:15hrs

Sat, 10:00hrs - 11:00hrs.

Parking

Parking is available at the Day Care Centre. Through the main gates, go straight-ahead 20 Meters and turn right just before the metal barriers.

Overflow parking if required is on the gravelled area adjacent to the playing fields (Bear left after entering the Park and drive to the end).

Entrance

Entrance is through the north gate just off the main roundabout heading into Pontypridd Town.

Aberdare, Aberdare Park. (Summer only, 1st April - 1st Oct)

Meet

Meet at the Main gates of the Park on the South East corner of the Park on Glan Road.

When

Mon, 18:15hrs – 19:15hrs

Wed, 18:15hrs - 19:15hrs

Parking

The best place to park is on Glan Road using the parking spaces provided.

Entrance

There are many entrances but the best one to use is the one off Glan road if arriving by car.

Class structure and fitness levels

All classes are done together as one group with different levels fitness being catered for during the class, so that all work to their own maximal potential.

Fitness Levels are indicated by the use of coloured rubber wrist bands that are there as a guideline to place you in the appropriate fitness group for training. Fitness Assessments will be conducted every few months on a given Saturday. Your results can then be used as a guideline as to what group you should be working with.
