When you say you cant and I tell you that you can, I mean it! During my 12 years of experience within the health and fitness industry, I have trained people from all walks of life with all sorts of physical and mental ablilites. Everyone can achieve more with the right attitude and guidance. I firmly beleive in working hard but also in having fun whilst doing it. I am very passionate about exercise and love to see people improving theyre wellbeing.
My interests are many. These are my key sports and specialties. Martial arts. Over 10 years experience, mainly kickboxing but also Kung fu, Tae Kwon Do, Mauy Thai. Mountain biking at advanced level.
Snowboarding, mountain and rock climbing, and fitness challenges to help keep me motivated. I meditate regularly and love walking too. Also love the gym and will give anything a go! One life? enjoy it!

I have always been involved in sport and exercise from a young age up until now, having experienced many different areas, from being a Y.T.S apprentice at Crystal Palace F.C to a Royal Marines Commando.
I have many interests including; gymnastics strength training, indoor climbing, writing and producing music, painting, mountain walking, mountain biking, and above all spending time with my family.
I am also a church leader in my local church (to many peoples shock and amusement!) where I am involved with Bible teaching and local outreach programmes.
I try and do at least one mad sponsored challenge a year to raise funds for charity, so watch out for the next one!
In my classes I try to incorporate some of the favourite military exercises and regimes within a more informal environment.

My first running goal was to run 5k for charity having not run more than 1500m back in the days of school, that goal grew into a great relationship with running. Some years later i set myself another goal; to run two marathons (Snowdon and New York) in one week. I achieved both goals and each were equally important.

Lets create that fitness goal together, achieve it together and most importantly have fun getting there.

Health and Fitness has been a passion of mine as long as I can remember. My desire to work within the Fitness industry was inspired from involvement in sport and fitness from early childhood, namely gymnastics, trampolining and swimming. These days my fitness regime is about variation, including running, swimming, circuit training and of course Outdoor Fitness.

Brief Description

Running is one of the most natural and basic of human movements and therefore it can be practised by most people. Running benefits your physical, mental and emotional health, and I want to help people achieve the things that this amazing sport has given to me.

I have run three marathons: Nottingham (2007), Edinburgh (2008), Snowdonia (2009). I have completed many half marathons and numerous fell and cross country races.

In February 2009 I represented Great Britain at the European Cross Country Championship in Spain.

Brief Description

Sport and exercise is an integral part of my life and has been since I was young. From National League Basketball to Semi-Pro rugby I have experienced many different levels of fitness.

Studied sport science at University and specialised in human movement studies. I followed a passion for mountains and the great outdoors to Canada and Australia, from this I pursued a career in personal training and group exercise including circuits, rowing & running clubs, ski and snowboard courses.
