Personal Training Price List - (one on one)

  • Option 1 - Programme £26.00 - (designed to your needs)
  • Option 2 - One a week £30.00
  • Option 3 - Two a week £28.00 each (All approximately 1 hour in duration)
  • Option 4 - Three a week £26. each
  • Option 5 - Block of 10 (taken whenever) £250
  • Option 6 - Haggle with your chosen personal trainer!!!!!
All sessions excluding Option 1, include: -
  • A free consultation with questionnaire to assess your requirements and set realistic goals
  • Advice on diet and nutrition.
When you sign up with one of our personal trainers the general procedure for your assesments and training will be:
  • Step 1 - Confidential casebook to include safety checks, static testing and flexibility assessments.Two photographs, front and side view to monitor postural changes
  • Step 2 - Dynamic tests (fitness assessment or testing depending on level of fitness)
  • Step 3 - Goal setting
  • Step 4 - Programme design
  • Step 5 - Programme action
  • Step 6 - Programme monitoring (approx. 6 weeks)
  • Step 7 - Analyse and assess progress made - *Fine tune*
  • Step 8 - Repeat steps 1 to 7 until goals have been achieved
